Please read the following carefully, then send us a refund request by creating a ticket in the support section.<\/p>\r\n
Our refund and return policy lasts for 10 days. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or replacement.<\/p>\r\n
In order to be eligible for a return, you must meet several conditions which you will find below.<\/p>\r\n
Before requesting a return, we ask you to contact technical support, in order to solve any problem you find in our services, in the event that you do not like the service, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\r\n
Please do not contact Paypal, Stripe, or any payment method through which you paid before contacting us. We will work to solve any problem you may encounter.<\/p>\r\n

There are certain instances in which only partial refunds are granted where the amount of taxes on the service which is 15% have been deducted from the amount plus any other additional charges, and any account returned more than 10 days after delivery.<\/p>\r\n
In the event of a refund request. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email.<\/p>\r\n
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\r\n
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\r\n
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\r\n
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\r\n
If you’ve done all of this and you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us.<\/p>\r\n
You will be responsible for paying the additional costs of returning your item. Money transfer costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the exchange cost will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
